Back in the good old days when I was in my teens and my friends and I did not have much to do, we would play Dungeons and Dragons for hours upon hours, and it seemed like we never had enough time to get through an adventure before my parents would be calling to tell me to come home for dinner.

It was great to drift into another world where you could become someone else and do all sorts of cool stuff. Back then I loved shows like Star Wars, (R2D2- Favorite Dude), and Battlestar Galactica, these were very exciting to me and unlocked my mind from the normal grind like homework from school and chores at home.

Today is completely different because of technology. All this fantasy stuff I liked as a kid has become a multi million dollar industry with millions of people playing interactive online games.

There is a bunch of different things you need to remember when you are removing artificial nails. Here is a quick quide in to doing it:

1. File your false nails as short as possible.
2. Grab a big metallic bowl. Use a metallic instead of a plastic or glass bowl since they will probably get ruined.
3. Rub vaseline all over your cuticles and figers but not on the nails. This is to protect your skin.
4. Pour acetone in to the bowl so that you can easily fit your fingers in it.
5. Dip your fingers in to the acetone so that all of your nails are completely covered. Keep them there for ten minutes.
6. Use a wooden stick to scrape off the molten acrylic nails.
7. Repeat steps five and six until you are down to your natural nails.

Air brushing nails is very difficult to learn so I would not recommend it for anyone without lots of experience on decorating nails. With airbrush nails there are no limits to what you can do. You can do pretty much any image in any colour you want, but you really do need to learn the technigue well before trying the hard stuff. This kind of technique leaves a more defined look to the nails and it makes the desired pattern or image look better than if you would do it with nail polish. So if you really want to go wild with your nails, get them airbrushed.
