Urinary incontinence in men is the inability to control sudden urine urges, resulting in accidental leakage.  There are three forms of urinary incontinence, including stress incontinence, overflow incontinence, and urge incontinence.  In order to successfully treat incontinence, you must know the underlying cause of your condition.

The cause of male urinary incontinence can be due to several reasons.  One of the most common causes is prostate problems.  This can include prostate enlargement or even prostate cancer.  As the prostate enlarges, it applies pressure and squeezes the urethra, resulting in uncontrollable urine leakage.  The symptoms are characterized by frequent urination and dribbling.  Male incontinence may also be the result of nerve damage.  Conditions such as Alzheimers, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis can all cause long-term damage to the central nervous system; this can also cause problems with sending bladder urination signals.  An overactive bladder is also the result of nerve problems.

Incontinence is treatable by strengthening the muscles that hold the urine. Practicing  Kegel exercises for men is an excellent method to strengthen those muscles.

Power inverters are very handy devices. These devices change 12 volt DC Power into 120 volt AC Power.  One of the most important things to consider when installing a power invertor is the gauge of wiring that will be used.  Wiring size is reported in “gauges”.  Standard electrical wiring used in your home is 12 gauge.  12 gauge wiring would be fine for small power inverters that are generally plugged into cigarette lighter outlets.  Larger power inverters must be wired with heavy gauge wires.  The smaller the number the heavier the wire.  For example a 6 guage wire is much heavier than a 12 guage wire. I often wonder if I could narrow my focus a little to get better results.

Not sure what I mean by that exactly but I do know that I am happy with where I am right now in my life just not entirely sure how life is going to end up.  I do know one thing, I have my routine down right about now.

1. Wake up and do a little exercise.  This is both weights, cardio and abs workout

all first thing in the morning.

2. My diet is pretty consistent yet I am missing a couple key things that will take things to the next level.  I hope to add more protein to my diet and be a little more clean in what I eat.

3. My work schedule is back to normal.  I have a pretty regular thing now at home working on the computer.  Not the most idea situation but the reality is that I am making it work.  I just wish I had a desk and a nice chair to work in, my back hurts.

4. My social life is good. I am dating a wonderful woman who treats me like gold.  I have good friends and family who support me and I am happy.

5. Volunteering has been a very big part of my life the past two years.  Giving back has shown me a new side of life and opened me up to experiences I never would have had without it.  Coaching football and mentoring kids is a fantastic thing and I don’t want to give up on that at all.

Overall things are pretty good.  Let’s just hope they stay that way through the holidays.

If you are using chain link fencing to enclose your dog kennel and run, you will need to make sure that you secure the bottom of the fencing or your dog will most likely simply push himself out.

There are different things you can do to strengthen the bottom of the chain link fence.  One is to attach a galvanized pipe to the bottom of the uprights, though make sure you also buy the right fixtures to attach them with.  Alternatively, you can greatly strengthen the bottom by weaving air line cable in and out of the chain link fencing every couple of feet.  While this will strengthen the fence so the dog can’t push it out and escape, it won’t be much help if your dog is a digger.

If you are worried about your dog digging himself out, the simplest modification is to buy additional chicken wire, which is pretty cheap, and attach it to the bottom of the link fencing about a foot up the fence. You’ll then need to dig out around the fence, and bury about two feet of the chicken wire into the ground.  I have even seen a dog dig out the chicken wire, he loved to dig wherever the ground had been recently turned over, but it usually works fairly well. If you are worried that your dog will dig where you have dug the trench, just cover that area with gravel, or lay something else on it for a time till the ground hardens.

The way in which we use electronic devices is changing from day to day. In terms of the way we interact with the Electronic Devices, things have changed quite a bit in just the last 30 years.  30 years ago if you wanted to make a telephone call, you had to use a rotary dial phone.  Then it went to touch tone phones.  From touch tone phones it went to cell phones and from cell phones we have progressed to electronic devices with a touch screen displays.
