Are Weight Benches and Adjustable Dumbbells The Key To Getting A Lean Body?
Ok, so I am biased, but I have gotten amazing results with using weight benches and adjustable dumbbell sets, and I believe you will too. Here is why.
Resistance training builds muscle which burns calories. If you want a lean, strong look than you will want to do some resistance training. There is no easier way to lose weight and fat, than to gain muscle. Do some resistance training 3 times a week (and keep it up for 3 or 4 weeks) for twenty minutes each session and see what I mean.
Do full body exercises for the best and fastest results. Lot’s of people say, “Oh, I want to focus on triceps” – or whatever other specific muscle when they work out. OK, I understand that you don’t want Granny arms, but instead of doing tricep extentions do Renegade Rows or Squat Presses. Both of these exercises will work your triceps, but they will also work a lot of other muscle groups. By doing exercises that target large groups of muscles you will speed up your results alot.
A weight bench and a set of adjutable dumbbells is a great way to get a lean body in the minimum amount of time.
