You no longer just need to buy your children Lego or stacking brick sets. Now they can lay bricks and build structures just like their popular TV hero. If you buy one of these Bob The Builder toys, you will get real bricks (miniature of course), ‘play’ cement and some tools to mix and spread your mortar with. Be careful though, it’s a messy business.
The ‘play’ cement does hold the bricks together well, but it is special in that once you are bored with your structure, you just put it all in water and let the cement dissolve. You can then start all over again and again.
You can currently buy a 30 brick or 50 brick set although more bricks and cement can also be purchased separately.

My mom recently decided to make a big move which is forcing her to downsize. She made the decision to sell her house and move by me so we could be closer in her older years. She is moving from a house to an apartment so there was a big difference in the amount of space she has.
Among some of the things she has decided to get rid of is most of her movie collection. I’ve been explaining to her and showing her how she can watch free films online. She’s been really impressed and excited by the technology. She was excited to see how easy it is to have access to such a variety of movies online. Thanks to the availability of movies online she didn’t feel so bad about selling and giving away her movies.

The most marvelous themes come from the minds of the imaginative and creative. I always remember the most rich and lively colors on any web page, book, picture, painting or dress. Bright, beautiful colors stand out like nothing else. This is probably why the red rose makes such an impression. Of course, smelling great doesn’t hurt either.
What amazes people about the color red, is the vibrancy of the color. Red is the color of blood, which is the fundamental part of our body that supports life. Therefore, like water, red is associated with life. But it’s also associated with passion, love, romance and sex.
Having red wedding flowers is an expression of the passion, life, romance and love a couple shares. That’s probably why the red rose is the most popular flower at every wedding.

I love the idea of red wedding cakes (or blue, green etc). It used to be just food coloring on buttercream frosting that decorated the cakes at weddings. Today the usual wedding cakes aren’t buttercream, although that is popular. What more and more couples choose is fondant, a mixture of sugar syrups that can be rolled out into a sheet and wrapped around the cake.
The taste is amazing, a little sweet but not too sweet. I liken the taste to cookie dough. The only problem with a cake like this is it can’t be used with creams and things that need refrigeration.
If you prefer a cake with a cream or fruit filling, you’ll want to go with buttercream or whipped cream frosting. Remember that both need to be refrigerated, and that buttercream lasts much longer unrefrigerated.

Strobe lights have been around for a long long time. They are a great addition to any dance club or night bar. Strobe lights are perfect for holiday seasons such as Halloween, Theatrical productions, Parties, and just something fun to mess around with in the comfort of your own home. There are many types of strobe lights out there for all kinds of prices, but don’t be fooled. A strobe light is a strobe light, so just get the cheap one. The more expensive ones typically have colored strobe light filters or actual colored lights to give you more effects, and some expensive strobe lights even come with a mirror disco ball!

Scarecrow and Mrs. King, starring Kate Jackson and Bruce Boxleitner, was a television series introduced in the fall of 1983. Kate Jackson, as the house wife Amanda King, turned secret agent through her introduction to Lee “Scarecrow” Stetson (Bruce Boxleitner), caught America’s attention. Kate Jackson, known from her role in Charlie’s Angels, fell in the love with the Scarecrow and Mrs. King story line. In fact, she declined a lead role in comedy series from CBS, and a $6 million dollar contract, to take the lead role of Amanda King in Scarecrow. Jackson also had a behind the scenes effect on the show. Warner Brothers co-produced Scarecrow and Mrs. King with Kate Jackson’s production company Shoot the Moon Enterprises. Kate also directed some of the episodes. 
As seems to be the case with other television series with strong story lines, excellent casting, and strong morals, the critics never realized what the public saw all along. This treasure of a show waltzed right past them all and into the hearts of the public.
Warner Brothers has not done an official release of this show, there are some “fan collection” editions available. Though not the best quality, one just has to think along the lines of something is better than nothing. Many episodes are also available on online TV at Fancast, Youtube, and AOL tv. I have also seen Scarecrow and Mrs. King DVD collections can also be found on the smkanniversary site.

In early September, The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks will finally come out. It promises to be just as good as all his other books. One thing about Sparks is that he never disappoints. This is why he has become not only one of the most recognizable of the modern authors, but his books are continually being made into movies. That means that you can expect The Last Song to hit the Silver Screen sometime in January 2010, which is right around the corner. Miley Cyrus will be playing the role of the lead actress and she will have a boyfriend who she romps around in the ocean with, as well as a dad who she has trouble getting along with. It promises to be great.

We have all walked down the street and seen someone playing some type of instrument with a sign and a cup for money.
I have seen guitars, saxophones, accordions and many other instruments being played on the street. Most of these people have to sit on the ground or find a place to sit. Some of these instruments are big and bulky to have to carry around from place to place. A great solution for those who want to play an instrument on the street is the cajon drum. The neat part about cajon drumming is it acts as your own seat. You don’t have to look for a chair or for some place to sit. You sit on top of the cajon to play it! It is also very light and easy to transport. The cajon takes instruent playing on the street to an exciting new level.

The first Birthday for your child is extra special. For one they really haven’t done anything bad yet and they are still really cute.
Most moms’ and dad’s plan a really big birthday party for turning numero uno! The first birthday is loaded with fun. Just don’t forget the first birthday balloons. There are many to choose from. How about the traditional cupcake balloon with the number one as a birthday candle? This balloon has been around forever! At the age of one year old, most children recognize themed characters. For instance characters from Sesame Street are popular at one year old because many little kids watch this show on TV. Big Bird, Ernie, and Cookie Monster are great birthday balloon for your child’s first birthday party!!
