I’ve bought a lot of stuff over the years from yard sales and estate sales. One of my favorite finds is second hand NES consoles. Those were the original Nintendo systems that many of us learned to play Mario Brothers on and built up callouses on our thumbs learning backwards and forwards.
There is something about those old systems that I really like. The vintage ones do have an issue of not working right a lot of the time now that they are getting older. They sometimes give a blinking blue screen when you turn them on. I’ve got about five of them that do that, but I have one that works perfectly and I still get a kick out of playing the “old school” Mario once in a while. Some day I’ll go to the trouble of finding out how to get rid of the blue screen. Maybe after the one that works decides to give up the ghost.

There are many celebrities that have pretty legs. Some are tall with long legs and others are petite women with slim legs. The most gorgeous legs among celebrities are from those that workout and exercise. It takes effort to have toned and fit legs. Jennifer Aniston and Renee Zellweger are two women that put forth maximum effort to develop attractive legs. They have been interviewed as saying they enjoy running and also spend a good amount of time in the gym doing lower body specific workouts. Aniston and Zellweger are regarded as two of the most attractive celebrities in entertainment and their legs are a big part of that observation. When walking the red carpet to promote a movie they appear in, they typically show off the work that they have put in by wearing an alluring dress and high heels.

Making the financial decision to spend some extra money on a brand new, LCD TV can be well worth it considering all the time that you and your family spends watching TV shows, movies and sports. The TV will last for up to 10 years or more, so getting a nice TV is worth the cost. But should you go even further and spend more cash on wall mounting that TV?
There are some good reasons to wall mount your TV. One is that you gain floor space. Doing this also can put the TV out of reach of children and pets, protecting your investment. Another reason is that you get a better viewing angle for the whole room. By raising it up slightly, the picture looks better to everyone sitting around the room. And wall mounting your TV just makes the room look nicer.
Find out more about mounting a TV at the LCD TV Wall Mounts Guide.

When it comes to the movie Twilight I have a kid who is obsessed. She is in love with Edward Cullen and wants to get a Twilight lunchbox before school starts again. I’m thinking it may be a good idea to buy it for her, because it would give her an incentive to pack her lunch (my wife is not thrilled with the quality of school lunches anyway).
We let her see the first Twilight movie after screening it (she is 12) and I think if they stay true to the story line we’ll let her see the rest. If she grows up looking for a man who is as gallant as Edward than I can’t see how that is a bad thing. It’s interesting being the parent of a girl who is in love with a vampire, but at least he is one of the good guys. It could be much, much worse.
