If your solar garden lights are suddenly not staying lit the whole night or are not as bright as they used to be, chances are that the batteries in the light have started to wear out. To change these lights, first look at the user manual for your brand and model of lights. Look to see what batteries the light uses. It should be some form of rechargeable batteries. Never, ever use regular alkaline batteries. They will not work and may damage your lights. Most replacements are fairly simple and require only a Phillips screwdriver to disassembly and reassembly. The whole process will most likely be fairly simple and the most difficult part of it will be making sure you do not lose the small screws when you take them out of the light.
