The best way to get the cheap cell phone minutes is to switch over to T-mobile pre-paid and start out with a $100 cell phone pre-paid minutes phone card. This way, all of you minutes are 10 cents each, and they don’t expire for at least a year. If you make under 400 minutes worth of phone calls each month,  the pre-paid phone is the way to go.

Anything more then that, and you might as well get a monthly plan with a cell phone carrier, but under that and you can’t beat the price for cheap cell phone minutes. For the months you make only 200 minutes worth of talk time, it’s only costing you $20.

For people who aren’t using their cell phone all the time,  nothing beats 10 cents a minute.  To make the plan even better, you can buy pre-paid phone minutes for your T-Mobile phone for even less then $100 for 1000 minutes. Ebay is a great source for $100 cards for around $95 bucks.
