Choosing a new cheap mattress?
It is not always easy to choose a new mattress. One of the best ways to decide whether its time to throw out the old and bring in the new cheap mattress is by conducting a “rest test”.
This is a very simple thing to do. Take off your shoes and lie back on the bed. If you have a partner, have them lie down with you to see if that affects the comfort. As you do this, take notice of the overall comfort and support and whether it meets your needs. If your partner rolls over, would it wake you up with this particular bed?
As every person and mattress is different this is one of the best ways to really decide if it is the right one for you.
