Coffee Table Selection

Form follows function — or so they say.  When you decide which  coffee table to buy, you should ask yourself how you will use it. Will it hold your magazines? Will it be where you serve food at parties?  Will it be a display for your favorite decorative items? If you love to entertain, you might consider a circular piece, where your guests will tend to gather. If you require more storage, you should look at lift tops (perfect for holding blankets), mission tables (most with a lower shelf to hold books and magazines magazines), or tables with drawers,  such as apothecaries (for photo albums and such). Glass is the easiest type to keep clean, especially if it’s all one piece, and some types serve as  sleek showcases for your collectibles, protecting them from dust while they are displayed beneath a glass top.
