Deciding On A New Bow

With hunting season fast approaching it will be time to dust off the bow and work out whether this is the year to upgrade to a new one or stick with the trusty Mathews Drenalin. As usual it’s a difficult decision to make because the Drenalin is such a reliable bow that hits all the right spots and feels great in my hands.

You see a lot of new bows coming out on the market with improved draw speeds, greater mobility, lighter in weight and quieter to shoot. My problem is that I’m concerned that I will have to break the new bow in and get used to something different in my hands. It’s going to have to happen at some stage but I think I might hold off for another season yet.
