Easy As Drinking A Glass Of Water

The one below is an example of a fast weight loss diet to follow for three days that will make you lose a lot of fluids in excess and a bit of fat too. Remember: three days and no more.
Breakfast
- A glass brimful of oligomineral water with two spoons of blueberries juice.
- 125g natural yogurt
- two slices of toast-like bread
- green tea without sugar
Mid-morning snack
- Orange juice
- A seasonal fruit
Lunch
- Green salad with carrots (or chicory, or cabbage) dressed with a teaspoon of olive oil
- 60g whole meal rice with vegetables or 60g pasta with turnip tops and broccoli. Dress with a teaspoon of olive oil.
- 100g of ricotta cheese or soy cheese with aromatic herbs or chickpeas
Afternoon snack
Juice of apples and carrots or 200g of melon
Dinner
- Green salad with or carrots or fennels with a teaspoon of olive oil
- Spelt soup with wheat germ, and a teaspoon of olive oil or cream of vegetable soup with crouton or semolina soup
- 30g bread
- 150g cooked fruit
- An infusion of fennel seeds
