Easy As Drinking A Glass Of Water

Do you want to lose the excess of water in your body? Then drink a lot of it. Water is a great help to lose weight, and its effect can be increased even more with hydrating food.
The one below is an example of a fast weight loss diet to follow for three days that will make you lose a lot of fluids in excess and a bit of fat too. Remember: three days and no more.

Breakfast

  • A glass brimful of oligomineral water with two spoons of blueberries juice.
  • 125g natural yogurt
  • two slices of toast-like bread
  • green tea without sugar

Mid-morning snack

  • Orange juice
  • A seasonal fruit

Lunch

  • Green salad with carrots (or chicory, or cabbage) dressed with a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 60g whole meal rice with vegetables or 60g pasta with turnip tops and broccoli. Dress with a teaspoon of olive oil.
  • 100g of ricotta cheese or soy cheese with aromatic herbs or chickpeas

Afternoon snack
Juice of apples and carrots or 200g of melon

Dinner

  • Green salad with or carrots or fennels with a teaspoon of olive oil
  • Spelt soup with wheat germ, and a teaspoon of olive oil or cream of vegetable soup with crouton or semolina soup
  • 30g bread
  • 150g cooked fruit
  • An infusion of fennel seeds
