Exercise, diet and other tips to lose love handles

Losing love handles is undoubtedly the most difficult body part to train. You can exercise as hard as you can, but you may never see any changes in your love handle’s size. The reason for this being that you are doing the wrong exercises or that you are combining the wrong exercises.
