Fast Weight Loss Diets – Do They Work?

Have you ever been on a diet? Did it work? Most of us have. We have tried a diet for a few days or a few weeks. We lost the pounds we wanted to loose and quitted. After a few weeks we were very annoyed to notice that we now weight more than before the diet.

This ist quite typical of a fast weight loss diet. You loose your pounds and then you return to your normal life. That doesn’t solve the problem. The problem you have is that you are taking too much energy in and are using too little. You have to change this balance. Otherwise you won’t loose weight.

Keep this in mind when you are trying a fast weight loss diet the next time. Use more energy than you take in.
