However, if you are willing to lose a reasonable amount of weight each week, then yes. What it really comes down to is cutting out enough calories on a weekly basis and burning enough fat. This may seem like the slow way but if you think about it, most of the people who look for shortcuts end up spending way more time trying to achieve the results.
