Acne body washes are a great resource for those that suffer from body acne.  Body acne is a bit different than the normal facial acne that everyone suffers from.  There are people who have had clear faces their entire lives, but suffer from severe body acne.  Getting pimples in places other than your face is usually from environmental causes, especially clothing and bedding.  Acne body wash works to cleanse the pores on your body every time you shower.  They uses very similar ingredients that the traditional face washes do, but in concentrations that work for the rest of the body.  Finding one is as simple as going to your local drug store and picking one out, but you may have to try a few in order to find the one that clears all of your skin.

The best acne treatments are always going to be the ones that work.  What works great for me, probably won’t work that well for you.  You might see some results, but it’s impossible to say that one treatment is going to be highly effective for two people.  The reason for this is that everyone’s skin is different, and has a different balance between sensitivity, oil, and moisture.  What this means for you is that you have to try out a bunch of different products before you can decide which one is the best.  As soon as you think that you might have one that works, stick with it for a few bottles to see if it gives you the results that you’re looking for.  If you jump from brand to brand without giving each the time they need to work, you’re going to be disappointed because the medication will not have had the time it needs to really be effective.

The Acne Free system is a treatment for acne that is touted as the newest and most inexpensive cure for pimples.  Does it really live up to the hype?  From my experience it does.  I used it for three treatments and a clear my skin up  great.  And first I didn’t think it was going to work.  It dried my skin pretty bad and give me a major break out, but after those passed my skin was on its way to being clear.  It took nearly two full treatments before my skin was totally clear but ever since then I’ve been pimple free.  I’ve been able to move to regular face wash without my skin breaking out like it used to.  I recommend Acne Free to anyone.

There are lots of reasons you shouldn’t pop a zit, but there are three major ones.  The most important is that every time you pop one, you damage the skin’s tissue and leave it very vulnerable to acne scars later.  Acne scars are a much greater problem than a pimple are!  The second reason is that it leaves your face open to infection.  The open wound left behind, even though very small, is a magnet for infection since it’s on your face.  The third reason is that when a pimple is popped and the sebum and blood are wiped off, they get smeared into the pores that surround the area and cause more acne.  In order to be sure that this doesn’t happen you must wash your face thoroughly after a zit has been popped.

Washing your face is probably a more complex task than you think it is.  It involves a bit of science and art to perfectly wash your face for the clearest skin.  Choose an acne face wash that will not irritate your skin first, you could have the best face washing technique but be beating your face up with the soap and see no results.  The most important thing when washing your face is the temperature of the water.  Warm water will cause your pores to close and the face wash will have a hard time cleaning deep down.  Use cool water to let the pores stay open and the face wash will do its job well.  Be sure to wash your face for at least sixty seconds before giving it a rinse.

In the great debate over which acne treatment works the best, it usually comes down to Proactiv and Acne Free products.  Put simply, both products work similarly, but cost very differently.  If you have sensitive skin, you may want to fork over the extra cash to get Proactiv because it will be much gentler on your face than Acne Free will.  In the end, it is your decision and your money.  I would buy Acne Free for the huge money savings since my skin is not at all sensitive.  The decision is yours, and both products will give you similar results as long as you give them plenty of time to work.  Do not expect results the first few days after starting any acne medication or treatment.

You may have seen commercials for blackhead removal tools that suck the insides of the pimples out with a small vacuum.  Do these things really work like the commercials say they do?  Do not get your hopes up, it did not work for me.  The inside of the machine got clogged after a few uses and the entire thing stopped working (no, my skin is not that bad!!).  It worked great for the first two blackheads, then after that it was completely useless.  It is a good thing that I got it as a gift, because I certainly would not pay any sort of money for a product like that.  You might have better results than I did, but I would not bet any money on it!

Learning to stop acne from coming back is the key to clearing your skin.  Preventing breakouts will allow your skin to finally shine through.  Acne can be prevented through a healthy diet, drinking tons of water, and using acne medication.  If your diet is based around vegetables, fruit, and nuts your body will fight acne on its own and with an increased water intake will flush the extra toxins out of your body.  Using acne medication to clear your skin is also a great idea.  You must be sure to choose a brand and stick with it to see long term results.  If you don’t see the results right away, be patient.  You have to give the medication time to work and clear your skin.
