Why You Should Use an Elliptical
For all of you out there thinking of purchasing an Elliptical, or even just thinking about making the switch from elliptical to treadmill at your local gym, listen to this. I’m only 22 years old, I’ve been playing sports for my whole life and I’m already feeling its affects on my body. I try and go to the gym as much as possible, I usually weight train and I kind of throw any cardio workout on the back burner. The reason for this is my sore joints. As you would imagine, if my young adult bones are aching, then all of you baby boomers out their looking to stay in shape must be in agony.
But wait! I just found the solution; Ellipticals! Yeah I know they’ve been around for a while. I tried one once and it just felt really awkward, and I felt like an idiot using it. But a few weeks ago I figured I would give them another shot, and it was great. Sure it took a little longer to burn the same amount of calories as a treadmill, but I was pain free afterwards. So I started to research Ellipticals on my own, and made up some Elliptical reviews to share with the masses. You may look stupid on one (well I know I do), but they’re effective and osteoporosis free.
