Review of the ProForm Crosswalk 850 Elliptical

I have to say that out of all the elliptical machines made in the past few years  the ProForm Crosswalk 850 Elliptical is one of the best options if you’re on a tight budget.  The compact design, the stride length of up to 22 inches and the lifetime frame warranty are just a few great benefits of the ProForm Crosswalk 850 Elliptical.

I just love the sturdiness and design of the machine. The only downfall I can see of the ProForm Crosswalk 850 Elliptical is the 275 pound weight limit. Since there are quite a few overweight people in the world I am afraid there would be some that could not benefit from the ProForm Crosswalk 850 Elliptical machine until they lost weight on their own or through another process first. With a price tag of $699 I am very impressed.  I have done many reviews of ellipticals, and in comparison to all the other ellipticals in its class, I give the ProForm Crosswalk 850 Elliptical an 8 out of 10.

There are a lot of people who don’t like to go outsde to do their workouts. There are a lot of reasons but the main ones are that they are ashamed of the way they look while they are working out, or that the weather is so bad that you can’t do the workout there. There are some solutions for people like this and one of them is to get some indoor exercise equipment that you can use. The most popular machinies like this are the elliptical trainer and the treadmill. There used to be a lot of exercise bikes and recumben exercise bikes but for some reason they are going out of fashion. Just use the machines to get your complete workout and you don’t need to go outdoors.

Finding Out Good Exercise Equipment

If you are looking for fitness equipment then here are a few tips on finding good exercise equipment to meet your needs:

  • Make a list of the things that you would like to have in your personal gym. This is not always what you need but rather what you would consider nice to have.
  • Make a list of what you really need to have. If you need a lot of cardio machines, write them down. If you need dumbells and free weights. This is where to write it down.
  • If you decided to get some cardio machines you need to find out what kinds of machines you need. Think about fitness equipment like treadmills, elliptical trainers and rowing machines. An exercise bike might be a good choise as well.
  • Go for the quality brands instead of the cheap machines even if it means that you will have to by the equipment one by one.

Building Up My Home Gym

I have decided to go and build myself a home gym that I can use to work out in the privacy of my home gym. The most exIMG_2880062009pensive part of the project will ofcourse be when I buy all the fitness equipment that I will be using. This is thankfully the easiest part. the hardes part will be finding a good space to build my gym in to. My house is a bit too small and currently I am trying to clean out my garage to get my gym to fit in there. This will not be an easy job as I will also have to find out a new place for my car. My wife does not really like this idea but it is my only option in building up my home gym.

Working Your Abs On A Treadmill

Besides just doing situps and other traditional exercises you can use a lot of different fitness equipment to build good abs for the summer. The most popular machines like treadmill fitness equipment can be easily used to develop great abs and to be honest you don’t even need to do a lot of situps or use abdominal equipment like the roman chair and ab-swing. The basic things you need to do to turn your treadmill workout to an abdominal workout is to try to focuse on keeping perfect posture while walking or running. This way your internal obligue, which is an abdominal muscle that os resposible for mostly keeping a good form in your spine and middle section, is activated during the whole workout. So if you are running for a half an hour, your abs are working that long also.
