First they make it look easier than it really is for the typical person.  I’m sorry, but if you’re going to get rock hard abs, you’re going to have to work and work hard.  If you could get them by laying on the couch, heating chips and dip, we’d all have them.

The makers of the Ab King Pro system will also show you how easy it is to fit this contraption under your bed. Truth is, if you do eventually get it under there, it’s probably not going to come back out.

It’s not all negative with the Ab King Pro.  It will add in some variety to your workout and if you actually use it, you can make this a great supplement to your normal workout routine.  So, if you have the extra $150, go for it, but don’t think it’s going to be the miracle system they’re billing it to be.
