Is anything in life for free?  I often question this so when I saw adverts for a free PS3 I was highly sceptical.  As it happens, there are ways of getting yourself a PS3 for free (well almost free!).  The best method I have seen is via a mobile phone contract.  Most people have a mobile phone contract of some description so this method is valid as ‘free’.  The way it works is that you go into the highly competitive market place of mobile phone contract, sift through all the offers available until you find the right one in your price range with all the included cross network minutes that you want, included bundles of text messages and any other add ons.  As this market is so competitive, the major companies all run roughly the same deals but some add additional incentives.  One of these incentives is to offer a free gift on purchase of the long term contract.  These gifts can be anything from a digital camera to a sat nav system for your car.  most often include a free PS3!  In my mind this is the best way to get a free PS3.  If you are arranging a new contract with a mobile phone operator anyway, this can be termed as free!
