Where is my focus?
I often wonder if I could narrow my focus a little to get better results.
Not sure what I mean by that exactly but I do know that I am happy with where I am right now in my life just not entirely sure how life is going to end up. I do know one thing, I have my routine down right about now.
1. Wake up and do a little exercise. This is both weights, cardio and abs workout
all first thing in the morning.
2. My diet is pretty consistent yet I am missing a couple key things that will take things to the next level. I hope to add more protein to my diet and be a little more clean in what I eat.
3. My work schedule is back to normal. I have a pretty regular thing now at home working on the computer. Not the most idea situation but the reality is that I am making it work. I just wish I had a desk and a nice chair to work in, my back hurts.
4. My social life is good. I am dating a wonderful woman who treats me like gold. I have good friends and family who support me and I am happy.
5. Volunteering has been a very big part of my life the past two years. Giving back has shown me a new side of life and opened me up to experiences I never would have had without it. Coaching football and mentoring kids is a fantastic thing and I don’t want to give up on that at all.
Overall things are pretty good. Let’s just hope they stay that way through the holidays.
